NIM China, Emerging Scientist Workshop 2024 Held in Beijing

Emerging Scientist Workshop (ESW) 2024 was held in hybrid format at NIM from 26 to 28 August, attended by 70 young metrologists from NIM, NMIJ and KRISS.
ESW 2024 featured oral presentations and poster exchanges, in which the young metrologists from each NMI showcased their research achievements and exchanged their views on various topics. A highlight of the event was a Symposium titled Young Metrologists’ 2050+ Vision, which represented an echo of the BIPM initiative with the same title and aimed to inspired the younger generation to gain a deeper understanding of international trends and to collectively shape the future of metrology.
