NIM Myanmar, Mass Laboratory and Pressure Laboratory in the National Institute of Technology (Myanmar)
The Mass Laboratory and the Pressure Laboratory in the National Institute of Technology (Myanmar)-NIMM are working in order to obtain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certification, and the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) from India conducted the surveillance assessment to Mass Laboratory and initial assessment to Pressure Laboratory on 3rd& 4th June 2024. Dr. Marlar Win and team members answered and demonstrated their process of calibration laboratories. On 3rd August, 2024 National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) already send an email that Mass Laboratory and Pressure Laboratory got ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Now National Institute of Metrology (Myanmar) has successfully expanded into two internationally recognized laboratories.
